How To Open Scotch Bottle

test product Balm deep restructuring PHYTOSPECIFIC

Re!

As I said yesterday, via the Facebook page of the blog, I started testing the new after-shampoo treatment that I received PHYTOSPECIFIC last Thursday!

The care session yesterday - the last of the challenge for me Ayurvedic - was indicated: the side with a bit of astringent Shikaki, my hair was properly cleaned of all deposits, which allowed me to see that this care conditioner really had to offer me ....

For now, I do not have enough experience to get a nice product and very detailed, but for a first use, is quite nice, what I got! Especially since I let my hair air dry completely free released. So it was a baptism of fire dangerous! Well he passed with flying colors! I am not left with the hair completely dry!

it promises for the future! I tell you it all back within two weeks! ;-)

Kates Palyground Vids

Which oil for a bath oil?

Hello girls !

I hope you had a good weekend? For my part, yes. He has been saving! I could not take over if the week had been longer. Zhom and I was nabbed by the throat and cold was the snitch in cauliflower, suddenly, Friday evening, we were a little in a larval state, when we came back. We should do well with our compassion and our Atchoum packets of tissues scattered around!
lol Anyway, we survived and I'm here, loyal to the post! :-)

Enough chatter! Let's cut to the chase! Last week, I started to speak of AGEs in this post where I told you it was great for our hair dry and Afro-strapped oil. And then I remember I finished on a positive note by saying that there was always a way to prevent this little problem every day. Today we'll look to oil, those that are good for our hair AGE gorge.

To help our hair to put up a hydro-lipid barrier will protect them, we provide a nice range of vegetable oils. All it takes to choose, is to study properties of different oils. Thus, "good" oils for our hair dry include:
  1. AGE: such as sweet almond oil, wheat germ, argan oil, shea butter, grapeseed, olive, soy, nuts ...
  2. fatty "forming" (that wrap the hair would like sebum): Jojoba (most appropriate), coconut (great for shine), macadamia, shea butter (great in winter).
  3. unsaponifiables : that oil facilitates absorption of active ingredients in hair. Sweet almond, shea butter, jojoba, castor, soybean, Advocate, argan ....
  4. of vitamin E: antioxidant that for its part increases the effectiveness of AGEs. Wheat germ, aloe vera (often in the form of oily macerate, but not serious, it's super good anyway!), Avocado, sweet almond, borage, cottonseed, olive, soybean ...
Voili, voilou girls! I hope that these small non-exhaustive lists and intersecting help you select oils to pamper your hair when prepoo. To complete an oil bath, you can even mix them together, it will be more effective. ;-)

In the next episode, we talk strictly about the ritual oil bath, to make it work every time! ;-)

My 3 Year Old Has Cold Sores

Grow It: AC, awareness and motivation

Hello girls!

And voila! The cycle of Friday chicory coming to an end! Today, we will treat the last topic of discussion for which there had been votes. This is probably the lightest and less analytical, but hey, that's fine, closing the loop. :-)

So in this aspect of his book, chicory tells how she began to realize the non-growing of her hair - and their status, at the same time. In fact, it was rather the fact, since its passage in Tyrone, the crazy scissors, because it never managed to get back his hair too long, despite the years that have passed.

In high school, she says she asked the same question to all girls with long hair she met, regardless of their ethnicity (white, black, asian ...): "How you doing for having hair too long? ". No response has been good to bring. :-S
It is as if there was some suggestion that long hair is innate, I think: they were either long or you do not. Point bar. A bit like the fairy hair bent over our cradle at birth to give us - or not - this "luck" ... Anyway! You've never had that uncomfortable feeling you?

Returning to our story, the story of chicory! One day, always at the time of high school, she says she has heard that straightening the hair was growing. Of course, believe they have found the solution to his "problem", she made straightening. Except she did not like the result and his hair has not pushed for more same. And one more disappointment! :-S

When she entered college, her hair was at CBL * - yet - but it has succeeded in growing to the PLA. By cons, with split ends, dry, damaged and brittle. Yet. :-(

At the end of the college, while she was in transition - because tired of straightening - she started using a moisturizer activator loop-based glycerin. No need to get away, again: at the time, there were not 36 activators with glycerin, it would probably be the scurl. Finally short! She used to saturate her hair with - Part uncurled as well as the natural - and she has struggled like this for a while.

After this short summary of his wanderings on hair care during adolescence and young adulthood, it tells a story significant to say the least ... I sets the scene: the scene takes place during a lecture, still in college.
chicory wears her hair in big braids it maintained by a rubber band about 5 cm from the tip.
While monitoring his progress, triturated and draws idly on the edge of one of her braids. Then she looks at her. It is thick, dry, dull and a little gray. Like Tyrone, a few years ago, she observes disapprovingly hair, turns his nose while continuing to tug on it ... Except that she suddenly does not feel any tension when she pulls. For a split second, she did not understand what was happening to him, do not understand why she felt more tension, and then wham! Shock. She realizes that the non-woven, just below the elastic remained between his fingers, but most of all "linked" to the rest of the braid! She had a lock of hair 5 cm split between your fingers!

First sensation: shame. Then the gene. Unable to leave to recover from his shock, alone in his corner. Suddenly, she held the small bundle of straw - his hair pulled out - in the palm of his hand closed until the end of the course. Shocked.
Once out, she made sure to find a trash can covered in a discreet place to get rid of his unfortunate vestige. She wanted - and I understand more qu'aisément! - No one sees or knows she was not able to care for her hair properly, to keep on his head.
Then she said it was the last time that something like that happened to him. His serious research on the care of hair started really started since.

fleas shake it, eh? For my part, I call it a realization made under conditions radical! Well, we should not fool ourselves any CA starts with a click due to an awareness of a situation that does not suit us, but mine, it was just a pissed to stay to admire the other hair while mine was stagnant and did not satisfy me as it is, Hair not falling as soon as I touch them. I would have been more traumatized than ... :-S you, it was what your trigger? With violent wallop of shame or so effectively with just a big pissed off? :-)

When Did The Body Change On Gmc Yukons

Essential fatty acids, friends Afro hair

Hello girls!

Today, I propose a studious post on a very interesting theme: the essential fatty acids as part of our hair care products. :-)
In fact, I'm going to be more general, in this one, because I had already spoken to one of the main acids Essential Fatty: the omega 3 . Here, we'll talk about all the family and their role in the hair.

So initially, the family of fatty acids (EFAs to go faster), there are two major lineages: that of linolenic acid (omega 3) and that of linoleic acid (omega 6). These acids are termed essential because our body can not manufacture them itself, so it is absolutely necessary. If you read the post returned to the omega 3 that I put the link above, you see that the benefits of these acids are multiple for the entire body but especially to return on the hair, it is interesting to know that omega 3 maintain the elasticity of the hair while omega 6 control their rate of hydration (it limits the loss). Pretty cool, right?

And it's not over! EFAs keep a role in a healthy scalp too. ! So by extension, it promotes hair growth. ;-) Let me explain. EFAs maintain a favorable moisture level in the scalp so that it is both flexible and durable. We know that when it is dry and you have dandruff, hair can not grow well and sometimes fall prematurely. And Above that, the keratin produced by a dry scalp is not good, because they are poorly hydrated at the origin. Suddenly, without AGE, not hydration, so no good keratin, and ultimately weaken the hair!

EFAs are also found in the hair cuticle (the scales that reflect light) in ceramides, which are part of the composition. At this point, their role is to cement the scales between them to form a smooth surface allowing hair to be protected and well reflect light. And suddenly, at the same time they protect hair by welding the scales between them, it also helps retain moisture better and even to capture from ambient air to maintain proper internal rate of hydration, when everything works well!

:-) But I said when everything works well .... Our hair afros do not work quite like that, for several reasons.

Already, we know that all our hair curly, naturally dry. Relaxed or not.
It just has to see when a girlfriend haired Caucasian tells us that without putting anything in her hair if she did not wash after 3 days they grease level roots to ends. We can wait a week or two or even more for the most courageous, and never see grease (they even do the opposite). Besides, I think I've never seen grease naturally, my hair. Anyway!
To return to what I said before this example, our hair is dry in nature (our sebaceous glands produce very little sebum), which is because they are adapted to the climate (hot and very wet) our latitude of origin. Since moisture in the air is everywhere and always, needless to manufacture many things in-house (little sebum, as I said above and as low intake of EFAs). The Caribbean or elsewhere, you may have noticed they do not react like that here, eh? They are "better out there." It is often said that! Well it works the same for the skin: mode crocodile in temperate climates, soft and silky in tropical climates.

Another important reason why our hair afros miss AGE are our habits Hair: straightening, coloring, bleaching ... So many things that contribute to accentuate the dryness of our precious! When we did a lot of chemical changes in her hair in a short time, the sebum that has rarely disappears and ceramides. So when the hair lost both guards and at the same time, strong scales to protect them, they become vulnerable to all attacks and eventually become rough, porous, dry and dull. Not really top!

That said, there are ways to prevent these minor injuries on a daily basis, first by carefully choosing its vegetable oils based on its properties, and thanks to the virtues of the oil bath, that love our hair. I would you did say more on these topics at once, but it is enough for the post of the day! It will read back again! :-P

Swollen Red Face, Toothache

Aspartame, one guard or not? Ayurvedic

Hello girls!

Ah .... it's been awhile since I did not see you "bothered" with a post on the food theme! ^ ^ But hey, there, with all the media, I can not miss this one! :-) I promise, it will not be very long, but I think it's important to talk about.

So you've probably heard or read about while researching Danish and Italian conclude that regular intake of sweeteners or products containing artificial sweeteners resulted in premature delivery or cancer in offspring of rats and mice (whose genetic heritage is similar to that of man)?

it quiet anyway! Especially when you know that aspartame is behind all the products branded "light" or "no sugar", many drugs (as improbable as the oxyboldine and sorbitol, for example), toothpaste and even reduced-fat crisps! So, we will not get rid of it anytime soon! :-S
For my part, I'll minimize my consumption! And it will not be very complicated because I do not like the taste of aspartame. I prefer not put anything at all to supplement or when not outright take something light rather than replacing the "real" sugar.

To strengthen me in my decision, I was rummaging around to find out what it was really, aspartame. Here is a summary of my findings ...
--------------------------------

Aspartame, "wadding isit?
So in fact it is not natural sweetener found in the United States in the mid-sixties. It consists of two natural amino acids, L-aspartic acid (hence its name current) and L-phenylalanine (derived from methanol, used as fuel, by the way!:-s).

Its sweetness is about 200 times higher than table sugar (white sugar), which gives it the advantage of providing a sugar calories lower, because we do takes less . That said, its nature makes it still less calories (if at all, sometimes) than the normal sugar, and above all this, there may be non-cariogenic, hence its presence in chewing gum and candy without sugar, among others. As for medication, helps to improve their taste.
This sugar synthesis (As we may call for a change) is listed under the code E951 in the composition of all foods and drugs where it is present in the European Union.

--------------------------------
With all these qualities can understand why it is so widely present in our everyday life. That said, I do not know about you, but I do not stand by. I want to use the minimum possible. If this is not a drug, where it is rather forced to do with it, because you ingest the molecule that will heal us, it's best to zap me. This is not a natural sugar, so as to find something in the panel that Mother Nature offers us, which must be more in tune with our bodies and therefore our hair, right? ;-)

You remember last summer I talked to quite a alternative to white sugar (refined) in food, because it was good to avoid its acidify power, and thus by extension, it was good for hair? I think even more than is the case with this story! Then after all the sugar, it's everywhere, hidden in our food (bread, rice, breakfast cereals, chips, fruit ...), then we can try to do without the superfluous (added in tea, yogurt, cheese ...), no?
Anyway! This is easier said than done, but anyway I tested some of the sugars which I spoke, to see if I could initiate a change in my use of sugar. That's my little report ...
  • Stevia: It's expensive, but there is no need to put a package, that was good. By cons, it's hard to find (the real, 100% natural) and you have to like licorice aftertaste it leaves in your mouth. I did not like for me.
  • Maple syrup : I did not originally, but I wanted to try a slice of sugar slightly, from time to time and pancakes (there was Candlemas this month, was the occasion). Result, this sugar perfectly well, but I still do not like that! :-S I prefer honey, and to be perfectly honest, Nutella on pancakes, there's nothing better! A reasonable extent, because it is not the nutella crepe, which is eaten. ^ ^
  • coconut sugar: it is easily found in Indian shops. Me, it was at my friend Velan. ^ ^ It's actually much sugar cakes and including shortbread crumbles it flavored with coconut taste nice. Yum!
Overall I think it's possible to sweeten otherwise, sugar, coconut and honey, it's good and it changes from what I know. :-) And you have tested alternatives to refined sugar? You think your slow consolidated aspartame or not?

PS: good bah for the short post, I heard you had! Ah, ah, ah! I am unable to make it short! :-P

Mount And Blade V1011 No Cd Fix

I'm back! Part

Hello girls!

I am back in the blogger! You spent a good week? From my side, vacation, it was the foot, even if there was not much snow ... Finally, it is relative! :-)

same time, I'll be honest, I am not too dejected on the scarcity of snow, because I'm more focused on ayurvedic spa which was near our resort. Besides, it makes me tell you that Ayurveda, it is really not that good hair! Anyway!

Speaking hair, bah I have not really met the challenge of Ayurvedic terms, during this holiday week, except at the frequency of washes which I even did the zeal (every two days ). Yes, it was a bit complicated to report all my gear to my shampoo Shikaki, then a SP with my cap heating, so I caught up with cowashes. By cons, hard drive well to dry before starting to attack the slopes or spa! I made the rash once - but not both! - Leaving the hair a little wet. That said, afro hair or not, we all had our little pests face of climate change.
For example, Caucasian hair, when they do not like the mountain air, it becomes bah electrical and cons of this, if you do not have ionic hair dryer, bah there's not much much to do ... Apart from the fact I bear-put-the-fingers-in-the plug on his haircut. Moreover, it can be very funny sometimes. ^ ^ Finally! Each of the cross and its solutions to lighten! For my part, I found a little trick to avoid having your hair too dry. Let me explain ...

every day with the girls, we went to the spa for a massage, sport - yoga and cardio. Had to prepare the ground before the aperitif wine / sausage and raclette evening! ^ ^ - A sauna or steam room ... Bah after shower and shampoo to remove chlorine regulation of hair due to the passage in the pool for a swim, I put my care and I returned to the steam room, to my PS size. It's still better than a hot cup, girls! ^ ^ You should see how the hair of moisture and gorge themselves like that remains after rinsing, it's great! So, it makes me want to book me a steam room to enjoy monthly benefits in general (because the skin benefits from it too!) Anyway, watch this, that side!

Otherwise, every day, I have used my butter whipped shea butter that has worked wonders! But I will detail my back about it later. I maintain the suspense. :-P I also used scurl but on dry hair, because when they are moist, productive cons, glycerin picnic while internally instead of nab moisture from the air. Pffff! That said, apart from this detail, it helped me when I did not wet my hair before going out.

That is the summary of my holiday and treatment of my hair! it was therefore correct in general, but yesterday, anyway, when I got home, I immediately engaged a henna and feeding with the SP ORS Replenishing Conditioner.
it makes me think that during my henna third session, I promised you a picture the dough so you can see how the powder in HIC give fine blends. So here!

Here is the result Henna + indigo to 50% each, with a little olive oil. It's beautiful, eh? The dough is thin and elastic, it is a pleasure to apply! Then it does not dry meatball! :-) I found some beautiful reflections (slightly faded at the straightening) and there is not a single white hair on the horizon!

Voili voilou! It was a Post a bit scattered, but hey, I'm still not landed on top of the mountain, tomorrow it will get better! ;-)

Grow It: Choice hair products hair

Hello girls!

Bon bah we continue with the "Friday chicory! I do not know about you, but I like it, this little rendezvous weekend when we talk after reading all together in the COMS. ^ ^ Finally! Truce of gossip, back at the subject! Today, we tackle the topic number 5 on the choice of products. :-) Come on, it partiiiii!

So after taking responsibility we talked about a fortnight ago, chicory said at the beginning of the CA, she looked for info everywhere to find the good stuff do to her hair, which significantly improved its level of knowledge hair. Moreover, there Wanakee contributed and also Cathy Howse (it does not mention them, but at the time of start of the CA chicory, they were the two main figures who made the promotion of long hair among the black U.S.).

Only chicory noted that very often, books and articles she read were very focused on specific products, such as "hair for you to become healthy, beautiful ... Use this product, then this one for ...". The trick catch-jerk " we see happen as big as a truck because there is no guarantee that we will have the same hair using products touted. Anyway! To return to chicory, she said just after having tested some of these products, it has sometimes been disastrous for her hair. So there are conclusions to be drawn!

And yes, it comes back a little knowledge of the history of hair. A product, even if it makes him promise to give our hair wonders, he can not have positive results on all heads . No, this is not possible. Each of its features, hair needs. To discover them, we must all , individually, researching and testing products on our heads , because the choice of a specific product, recommended by another who has found "awesome", it will perhaps not the case, and it will not get good results faster!

That's like asking another hairloveuse - which itself will not make you pay for its board or a product like Wanakee or Cathy Howse! ^ ^ - Which product to use: it does not know your hair, it can not know better than you what is good for them. At best, what it can do is to enlighten you on the different types of products and tell you what to choose (as type of product, not as a product!) for a particular record.

Moreover, if one day, a hairloveuse you said no, she will not give you names of specific products or "even better", a routine-made with what to do every day care and when to use which product at what time, and although you say she was serving you. Yes, yes, she was serving you! How do you know your hair if you ask another to do all the research for you for them? Then between us, a hairloveuse, it is not a doctor who prescribes prescription hair! ^ ^

To return to what I said before the picture funny, do not believe that hairloveuse takes great delight in you throw like a messy when it does not give you the answers you expect. Already, she's not here to please you and make the fairy instantly by granting your wish long mane and chicory says in his book perfectly: the best you can wait, it's a model, a frame of routine (which it offers with its method Grow It! ), allowing you to get started once you you'll be appropriate to shorten and perhaps a little time to research and testing products to find ones that suit you. but in any case, you can not escape this stage of research and testing . In conclusion

everything keypad not really concise (nice nod to recognize that ^ ^), the important thing is:

Choose your products yourself as you learn and testing. it may take a little time at first, but necessary.

What do you think girls ? :-)

Crock Pot Brisket Dry Rub

Karyn Parsons

Hello girls!

Today We'll just watch the hair of another course! it was long, huh? Moreover, it is not an illustrious unknown, so it is even longer! :-) Anyway, so today, we zoom on the hair by Karyn Parsons. You remember, the frivolous Hilary Banks, who had nothing in the brain but a pretty face?

I'm sure the penny dropped on your heads! ^ ^ She had a beautiful mane, is not it? I never asked how she got her results, but recently she was interviewed on the blog Curlynikki and she told, she made more flexible and had her hair curly iron then for obtain a definition of loops. In the photo below, we see how smooth his hair at the time.

It also gives Curlynikki that all these treatments during the six years of the series that made her hair has finally let go: they have broken a lot. Yet it has not stopped the flexibilities and she even came straighteners, which did not help their condition. At times, it was better, then later it recurred, lack of care, patience and time.

In the photo above, we see her wear a braid out on hair relaxed again, but last year she decided to return to the mane that is natural and that it now boasts. :-)

that promises a beautiful long mane, I say! ^ ^

Acura Mdx Running Boards

The beautiful hair fail to haphazardly in black! My

Hello girls!

Today I want to tell you about one thing that puzzles me. This is partly linked to my hair pulling episode with a mad last weekend ... But hey, she is going to ignore! It is a basket case in my opinion!

So really, what interests me today is about those little moments where we discuss hair, with a sister, a girlfriend or else one does not know and do not necessarily was not embarked on an AC ... I give you some examples:

"- Say, they are long, your hair!
- Thanks :-)
- You're a chaaance!
- -------------

"- What they are thick and shiny, your hair!
- Thanks :-)
- At the same time, the family we had mulatto, so it helps ... "
--------------

" - It is your big bun ! soooo beautiful!
- Thanks :-)
- You put additions? "
--------------

I could find a lot, exchanges like that, who have been reported or that I myself experienced . As good as I am West Indian, that's what makes me want to answer:

Not you? :-)
Until the thank you, everything is ok, but then it always the person that spoils the trick going to find a "rational" explanation. For me, it bothers me tremendously because that person orders something there - independent of us - that explains the state of things! It is as if the compliment was not free ... Basically, you are entitled to a compliment, but you have to eat a setback in the teeth in return ... Pffff! If you have hair care, no thanks to ourselves, but rather by a legacy that has received or is a subterfuge that was used. C'mon!!

5 minutes it goes, it's not magic, the pixie dust and even less a matter of family tree! Efforts are being made (regular care, styling adequate ...), we been patient (for disentangling to avoid breakage, for example), we spend time, money too, to get what is on your head!
Sometimes, "lucky" that they say do not do anything special to have her hair admired, but more often they are not aware that they do the right thing without knowing it. In short, that's another debate.

To return to my sheep, what I am saying is that when one sees in the street, on a blog on the Internet, or elsewhere, a nenette black with hair neat and longer and thicker than average is most likely because it takes great care and there, there is no question of luck. The great-grandfather or mulatto "z'indien", is not he who unravels her hair every day or just to wash them!

As for the fallacy of additions, must stop with that! Often, a good weave or wig undetectable super (true true, with Remy hair and a pearl hairdresser who puts in place), it costs too much money so we can afford to wear everyday as these or other expensive Beyonce Kelly Rowland. So, we prefer to inject - a part of - the money directly in the care of his own hair and finally it gives beautiful big buns without "fo Chivas" .*:-p
Stick to believe it, the uninitiated, since you said you saw him, stop scrutinizing the heads to find explanations watches smokers. As to going to shoot to "see if it falls," Do not even think: you might fall on a bold hairloveuse could you spinning a pie! ^ ^

PS: If it happens next time, I do not hesitate! And you? :-) *

Instep Pain When Ice Skating

scale "length-steps"

Hello girls!

Well, in the tradition of yesterday, I'm back today to share with you my personal scale of length-steps. In fact, the general scale that I've already made and you can see here , it is fine, but when it is between two stages (Sl between gender and APL), although difficult to measure changes in progress ...

Good ... so, anyway, we see the evolution, when it is objective, there is no need to have the compass in your eye! But hey, sometimes the hard-precision, it does not hurt! ;-)

On my penultimate stretching between May and September on Upgrade, Tihanna had suggested an idea that I found clever at the time, but so far I had not implemented: take a tape measure in centimeters the length steps on my body. At least, that, that would not lie! You probably remember the post on BSB and BSL, the way you wear her bra in the back, size is done ... Short! it differs in some and in others by size, the fact that whether or not a big trunk ... So there.

So, now that I start a new stretching, and I found my tape measure, this is an opportunity to establish my personal scale!

We will start at the armpits. For the starting point, I took the base of the neck, for BSL, I stopped the measure in the upper part of the staple for MBL, just below the clip, WL, the place as the hollow of my size and HL just before the birth of convex popo! ^ ^

APL ==> 23 cm
BSB ==> 32 cm
BSL ==> 35 cm
MBL ==> 39 cm
WL ==> 47 cm
HL ==> 59 cm

Hey, yeah, it throws, measure his hair like that! In addition, I'll almost be able to know how much it grows each month say so! Finally ... To an extent well kept, anyway, because I do not want to revert addict length checks! ;-)

PS: currently, the precious measure 32 centimeters. Not bad already, I think. :-)

PS 2: Before leaving, straightening a picture of a larger day for those who want to subdue a closer texture. ;-)

Burgundy And Burnt Orange

Straightening day: February 2011

Hello girls!

Well you are done! After 21 weeks batteries (not elapsed, by cons), I redid my straighteners! :-)

I am ashamed, girls, but I must admit, in the afternoon, at work, I stamped impatiently to go to the hairdresser! : - $ I went from feeling excited that the concern (because of the fear of being disappointed), in short! A real kid waiting for the right time to finally get up and open his Christmas gifts! lol

Anyway! The service went very well. :-) I had no burns and even my scalp did not dive! So, I looked at my watch to not leave the product too long. it lasted 25 minutes, exposure time and smoothness and presto, rinse! Of course, the day before, I had "Vaseline" length and my scalp slightly during the week before the big day Texture level, I am very happy, because despite the smoothing which makes raplaplats, we feel that the hair is very thick. :-) I think that after the first wash, there will be some survivors and that the hair will therefore texlaxés. :-)

disentangling side, it was just Around the time of applying the cream relaxer, she just separate the tail comb, and respected what I said, that "I have already sorted out my hair." By cons, when brushing, she did the "paddle brush and there was like a nag, I looked at the hair inside, there was still not bad ... Pffff! Thank goodness I do that all the 5 months! How it undermines valuable this stuff! In addition, to smooth, after she spent a small fine tooth comb for good "soft" hair. Yeah ... Again, the trick of the tiny comb, it made me wince! Anyway, I told him it hurt me to stop it. So, it has only three passes. That's a start!

level of scissors is the great victory. It has absolutely not been heavy when I said there would be no cutting of points because I let my hair grow without a fixed term. She even smiled! I think she likes me because she said they are beautiful and I'm right. :-) Well, I show you now!

that's the night when I got home. The famous photo zhom likes to profile. We see the thickness. I am very satisfied with this. For cons, the points at first appeared to me not that great and I even felt that it did not grow. In fact, it's hard to achieve, progress, hot. So, I did everything to break the loop and see better. I could see better the next day ...

Finally, the points, that's fine. And at length, it has grown. The color and thickness are great in any case, to my taste. :-P Okay, I admit that I did my psychopath and I conducted a micro-tailloutage 0.5 cm. I just pulled a spike that grows much faster than the rest, actually. So there. For BSL, I do not think there is still, if you take my BSL large sausage, but not far off. it should, the next stretching. Patience ... So there! The balance is good!

Oh, and I've not said I shot a wild hair to see if it was true in the train the next day. Anything !!!!!

Sample Essay For A Good Nurse

Grow It: the importance of knowledge capillaries

Hello girls!

I'm back today with a new theme Grow It! idea to discuss with you - the number 4, which has attracted almost as much interest as 2, when voting.

This time, no decor to your plant, but it will be equally interesting. So start right away! I'm not going to beat around the bush, I'll drop my bombs away:

knowledge and awareness of things happening (or not) is the key to complete CA.

I can not agree more with it this sense of chicory. In her book she illustrated with summaries of anecdotes, including 2 that caught my attention. On each occasion, to show that as she discovered things, the state of his hair has improved.

In the first story, she says she discovered a black woman who had long hair and who shared his "secrets" to get there (when you've already read two or three things elsewhere, we don ' not hesitate very long to understand that she speaks of Wanakee ^ ^) in a booklet Free. Thanks to some advice she has read, things had seemed much simpler, as obscure as before. Suddenly, her hair began to take on length, but she was a victim of the refinement on the lengths and the tips of the forks. At that time, she still knew enough about her hair and care that they should bring them to their fullest potential.

In the second anecdote, it continued somehow his journey, and for professional reasons, she has had to live in Mexico. You can imagine that in Mexico a hairdresser Afro, it does should not be at any street corner! Suddenly, she began transitioning to return to natural, for one year. It did not take more, because his hair started to break. She nabbed big, and ended up with a square at CBL and hair healthy, smooth and without nodes. But when she arrived in SL, once again, his points have forks. At that moment, she realized that the points needed particular care: maintaining hydration. Therefore, she was able to retain length and have sharp points "maintained". Of course, his knowledge continued to deepen over the years, but then she started in earnest the positive side of his CA.

encouraging these two stories, is not it? :-) In fact, the important thing is that when one decides to embark on an adventure, hair is not going to put in autopilot mode, do stuff and get - and keep - Hair long. Behind the CA is a science (yes, yes, you can call it that) to discover. And yes, it invents nothing at all! By cons, seeking to understand how things work and it goes through discovery. It is very important. Otherwise, we can not understand how process of growth and retention of hair in order to do his and use it to his advantage.

If you do not know her hair and we embarked on a CA, we can only guess what they do to help them, whereas if they are known, we can determine exactly what ' they need (care, products, fashion styling ...). Sure, you might think that asking questions to those who have already succeeded, it will chew you work to successfully achieve faster, but one that has managed to have long hair of your dreams, it succeeded with his own hair, those she had on her head to it. Yours, she does not know, not living with her on the head, daily. So you see, it comes back to theme of last week on the responsibility . You are the responsible for the retention of length on your head, not the hair dresser or another loveuse.

I'll take a dish (I make Jesus my hair ^ ^) to show that relying on third, it does not always render service, particularly in CA: Imagine yourself on a desert island with nothing and just to eat the sea around you. You will wait a docile fish on the bank fails by saying "eat me" or else you will manage to learn how to fish and dig up a fish before "starving"? ^ ^ For me, the choice is quickly made, I shake the chips to fish and learn to fill my stomach! The scope of the manna from heaven is like the coming of the Messiah is not for tomorrow! ^ ^ Ok, I stop clowning around, you've probably got the message. :-)

When starting his AC with knowledge, there has been much more likely to fumble less time than someone who starts at haphazard, without trying to understand anything. We realize a lot faster (to react accordingly) when the hair are the mug (dry, not soft ...), which avoids ruin his efforts to push over who can not detect the signals. Knowledge, it also explains that there is no miracle product that will give us the hair of our dreams, despite all the promises on the packaging. it also shows that a great product for such a person can be absolutely terrible for another. Knowledge is autonomy, the power to fend for themselves to do things well and not depend on anyone.

Finally, if there were only phrase to remember from this post-pad, it would be this:

A big part of the success of its CA is the knowledge of his own hair because no one other than the person concerned can do it better .

What do you think girls? The floor is yours! :-)

Extraction Of Essential Oil From Ajwain

Whipped Butter, practical work!

Hello girls!

finish the suspense, here is the photo story making my whipped butter. It reaaaally quick and easy to do, too! I show you!

Oh, one important thing! Before starting, although my utensils were clean, while I disinfected with alcohol to sterilize as much as possible. it retards rancidity. ;-) Okay, back on topic! The modus operandi ....
  • Step1: Preparation proportions
There, I put 4 large tablespoons of shea butter to melt, to measure in milliliters once it is melted.

Here we castor oils and wheat germ. As you can see, castor oil is a really heavy and thick, it remains only in the bottom of the beaker. :-)
  • Step 2: melt butter
There, the butter began just melt ....

There, I mixed a bit to make it go faster. Forward, when you hold us! ;-)
Butter is finally ready!
  • Step 3: Mix melted butter and oils
There, the mixture is melted shea + HV. At first view, I wondered if it would really go ... But that was reckoning without the magic of the freezer ... ;-)
  • Step 4: First boost
Here is the mixture after a small increase from 10 minutes in the freezer. I just started whipping and it was already rising. :-) Then I put it back a little under 5 minutes left in the freezer.
  • Step 5: Second whiplash
Rebelote I re-whipped out of the freezer. And that's what it looked like. It's magic !!!!! I love the creamy! it looks like dough when I make cakes! There should consider adding the drops of vitamin E (I almost forgot to me), beat a little and finished!
  • Step 6: Transfer to the pot definitive
was allowed to cool to room temperature if it is still a little warm. Afterwards, if we find the texture too rigid, it warms a little butter and is flogged again. If instead, we find that is too thin, a small passage in freezer (not too, too long) should settle the matter!

And here's the photo essay of my butter! It is less appetizing anyway, once in the pot compared to the beautiful whipped post Monday, but hey, I'm not forcing bag at home to transfer nicely into the pot. Then the important thing is to be effective! And I can already tell you that as soon as it melts in your hand! It's a good sign! ;-)

Voili voilou! I hope it will encourage those who are still reluctant to go! ;-)
